Sending photos helps
A clear daylight photo of a stain or a worn traffic lane often means we can quote without visiting first. Attach them to the same email.

Three things to have ready when you call.
How many rooms
Count bedrooms, living areas, hallways and stairs separately. That is most of the quote right there.
What the carpet is
Wool or synthetic if you know, and roughly how old. It changes the method and sometimes the price.
Any problem areas
Stains, pet accidents, a room that smells. Mention them up front so the quote is accurate.
Prefer to just call?
Seven days a week, 7am to 8pm. Most quotes take one phone call.
